Ballarat Catholic Principals Conference 2022
The combined networks of Ballarat South, Ballarat North and Ballarat Central invite sponsors to attend their conference in Horsham ( Venue to Be confirmed in 2022 ) on Thursday and Friday 19th and 20th May 2022
There are 57 Schools in this network which runs from the Southern coast of Victoria to the Murray River covering western Vic.
We expect a large attendance as this is a Catholic Education Office run event and attendance is expected. Members of the Catholic Education Office will also be in attendance.
This Region covers a wide arc of the state from Warrnambool through to Mildura and includes Schools in Warnambool schools ( 3 ) , Port Fairy, Hamilton, Colac, Camperdown, Mortlake, Mildura ( 3) , Swan Hill , Charlton, Warracknabeal, Horsham, Murtoa, Ballarat ( 3 ) , Ararat, Daylesford, Maryborough, Sebastopol ,Wendouree, etc. This will be your ONLY Opportunity to Engage with these schools in 2020. There are some hidden gems in this Diocese, such as Mildura where there are over 1,000 children. Warrnambool (3 schools) in the South is also very similar.
This is a Conference Event and will include Gold ,Silver and Bronze Sponsors ONLY.
This is a 2 Day Event to be held on THURSDAY 19th May and Friday 20th May 2022. The Possible Venue is The Horsham Church Of Christ Centre 91 River Road Horsham. It is a brand new complex and is very accommodating. Each day will have 2 Visiting Sessions for Delegates. Venue Arrangements to be confirmed in 2022.

Silver Sponsors (10 ONLY) Trade Stand for full attendance at both days of the event ( Morning Tea & Lunch provided ) $1,500 plus GST
Bronze Sponsors One Day Only – Trade Stand. A Maximum Of 10 Per Day ie: 10 on Thursday and 10 on Friday. ( Morning Tea & Lunch Provided ) $1,000 plus GST… Morning Tea and Lunch Sessions are guaranteed on both days.
NOTE….ALL SPONSORS ARE WELCOME TO HAVE A RAFFLE PRIZE AND IF SO WILL BE ABLE TO SPEAK FOR 30 SECONDS WHEN IT IS RAFFLE TIME PRESENTATION. ( The 10 Bronze sponsors who booked on the Thursday will do their Raffle Prize on that day Day …..All others on Day 2 )
SPONSORS MAY CHOOSE TO COME UP ON WEDNESDAY MAY 18TH AND WILL NEED TO MAKE THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS. ( THERE MAY BE A 1 HOUR WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY TO SET YOUR STALL UP ON THE WEDNESDAY ( SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ) AND SPONSORS WILL BE ADVISED.
IN SUMMING UP ….. THERE WILL BE TWO SESSIONS ON EACH DAY FOR THE DELEGATES TO VISIT THE TRADE STAND EXHIBITION. A RAFFLE AND SHORT SPEAKING OPPORTUNITY IS PROVIDED FOR ALL WHO HAVE A PRIZE.
