Eastern Region Catholic Deputies Primary Conference 2025 – Aug 28

This Event is for all Catholic School Deputy Principals of the Eastern Region of Melbourne 2025

This encompasses the North Eastern, Outer Eastern and East Central Zones.  In all there are over 65 schools that will be invited to attend.

This will once again be held at the RACV Club in Healesville on Thursday 28th August 2025

There will be 2 Sessions for Gold and Silver Exhibitors and one Major 2 Hour Session (in the afternoon for  All Sponsors)  The first will be the Morning Tea Break for Silver and Gold Sponsors, commencing at approximately 11.00 a.m. and concluding at around 11.30. The second session will be at approximately 2.00 until 4.00  followed by the Raffle. The second session will include Drinks and Nibbles for both Sponsors and Delegates.

Arrival Time for this Event is 10.00 a.m.for Gold and Silver Sponsors Only.

FOR BRONZE SPONSORS, PLEASE NOTE THE ARRIVAL TIME IS 12.00 P.M FOR SET UP  FOLLOWED BY A 1.30 BRIEFING 2.00 P.M. TIL 4.15 AFTERNOON SESSION FOR ALL SPONSORS

Speaking Times for Gold and Silver Sponsors will be advised closer to the Event via Email from GM Sponsors

Lunch for the Sponsors will be provided.  DON’T FORGET THE ALL IMPORTANT RAFFLE PRIZE.

Gold Sponsor / One Only at $2500 plus GST with 10 minutes Speaking Rights , plus Trade Stand, plus Promotional Material in Conference room. 

Silver Sponsors / 5 Only $1500 plus GST …Speaking Rights of up to 5 mins, plus Trade Stand. 

Bronze Sponsor / 24 Only at $1000 plus GST. Trade Stand .
