We recognise the right of sponsors to be selective in what events the engage with.
Access to bookings is via our website.
We at GM Sponsors expect all bookings to be honoured.
Blanket bookings must only be made if total and full attendance is anticipated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified asap when it is recognised that a cancellation needs to happen.
Cancellations are made by email only (a phone call must be followed up with an email)
Cancellations in the week of the event incur 50% cost
Cancellations on the day of the event incur 100% cost (Conditions apply)
Cancellations in the week prior to the event incur no penalty, and either a full refund or credit note for the future.
